Pengaruh interval penyiraman terhadap pertumbuhan tiga bawang merah komersial (Allium ascalonicum)

Air merupakan salah satu faktor lingkungan yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman. Pemberian air sering dapat menyebabkan kelembaban tinggi (> 70%) menjadi tempat tumbuh baik bagi hama penyakit sedangkan tidak mencukupi cekaman kekeringan Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum) tanaman peka terhadap ketersediaan air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan interval penyiraman efektif efisien tiga kultivar unggul bawang merah. Percobaan dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan milik Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran (± 730 meter atas permukaan laut). Rancangan digunakan adalah Petak Terbagi terdiri dari petak utama anak diulang sebanyak 4 kali. yaitu : cv. Bima, Trisula, Sumenep. Anak sehari sekali (1 hari 1x), dua (2 (3 1x). Hasil menunjukkan interaksi antara bobot akar kadar relatif daun, namun terdapat tanaman, jumlah anakan, panjang akar, klorofil, konduktansi stomata. Interval terbaik masing-masing Sumenep 1x) terbaik.
